What if I can't meet the repayments on my loan?
Are you struggling to repay?
You cannot miss a payment and 'catch up' the following month. If you miss a monthly payment, or your payment is late, we will charge you a late payment fee of up to £25, which will be registered with a Credit Reference Agency and could affect your credit rating.
