BACB's Pet Insurance, provided by Allianz Insurance plc, lets you build a policy that suits your cat's needs. There are three policy levels and additional cover options so you can build a tailored cat insurance policy that’s right for you and your pet.

Excess of £75 applies for each unrelated injury or illness claim.
You can take out a new policy if your cat is older than eight weeks but has not yet reached their ninth birthday. However, once you've bought your insurance, cover can continue up to any age if you renew the existing policy.

We understand that as a pet owner you'll do whatever you can to keep your cat healthy. Here at BACB we believe we offer the best blend of cover and affordability which will allow you to do just that.
Both Premier and Premier Plus provide ongoing cover up to a maximum benefit amount provided you renew your policy each year without a break in cover. The Standard policy offers cover for treatment of each illness or injury for 12 months, up to the maximum benefit amount.

Safe Return:
Designed to give you peace of mind that if your cat goes missing, we'll provide you with support to help find them as well as emergency boarding fees should you become ill and need someone to look after your cat.

Holiday Cover:
Provides cover should your cat be taken ill whilst you're away on holiday, is not allowed back into the UK after travelling, or if you need to return home in an emergency after your cat becomes ill.

**£50 BACB gift card is an introductory offer available to new customers with a Nectar card who quote and buy a Premier or Premier Plus policy by telephone up to and including 26th December 2015. The gift card will be issued 60 days post policy start date. If you cancel within this period your gift card will not be issued. Not available online
^Multi-pet discount is £1 per pet per month for each pet on a policy, up to a maximum of six pets. Pets can have different cover levels and additional cover options. Discount deducted separately from any other offer.
††Double Nectar points
1. Offer only available to customers who take out a new Pet Insurance Premier or Premier Plus policy. 2. Customers must renew their policy on a Premier or Premier Plus policy at first renewal to continue collecting double points. 3. If the policy is cancelled, double points will cease from the cancellation date. 4. Only the first Pet Insurance policy registered against each Nectar account will qualify for double points. You may qualify for additional points by taking out other qualifying products. 5. Base points on qualifying spend in BACB will be collected as normal. A bonus equal to the total of these points each calendar month (subject to a monthly maximum of 2,500 points) will be credited to the Nectar account by the 10th of the following month, for up to 24 months from the policy cover start date. Excludes all Bonus points offers and points from BACB Energy, Telecoms, Digital, Bank and all other BACB services. 6. The monthly bonus will only be calculated on, and credited to the Nectar card nominated at the time of application. The nominated card must also be used at the time of each BACB purchase and points will not be allocated retrospectively. 7. The Nectar loyalty programme is operated independently of BACB by Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd; and the collection and use of points is governed by the Nectar Collector Rules, set out in the registration pack. 8. BACB reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
