What you need to have ready
It’s quick and easy to apply for your BACB's Life Insurance policy. Just have the following details to hand:
- Your bank or building society details
- Your doctor’s name, address and telephone number
- Your Nectar card details and any promotional code
- If you’re applying for a joint policy, your partner must be present

To take advantage of any exclusive Nectar offers please enter your Nectar card number below. If you have a promotional code or reference please enter below (you'll find this on your letter, leaflet, etc).

If you do not complete the application for any reason, your details may still be processed and you may receive a telephone call.
