Online
Simply order currency online before 2pm for next day home delivery. This service is available Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).
By telephone
You can order Dollars by telephone. Simply call to order before 2.30pm for next day home delivery. This service is available Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Note that rates may vary between online, phone and instore orders.
If you’ve ordered your currency online or by telephone and wish to collect your travel money instore, you can do so the next day at any of our Travel Money bureaux. Exclusive rates are available for Nectar card holders, check instore, or online before ordering.
Please note that ID is required for all credit and debit card transactions when picking up your currency instore.
Exchange Dollars to Pounds
Adding our Buy Back Plus service** for £3.99 ensures that if you have $US Dollars left over when you return, you can exchange unused Dollars to Pounds at the same rate you paid for them with 0% commission.

If you do not wish to carry a large amount of cash, you can take advantage of our Cash Passport™ which is a prepaid currency card protected with chip and PIN security. The card is available for US Dollars and allows you to withdraw cash free of charge from ATM machines while you are away. You can also top up your cash passport card online or by telephone.
A £1.99 administration fee applies to all online orders under £100 collected instore. By phone - call us for home delivery on orders over £100.
Delivery charge of £4.75 applies on minimum orders of £100 - £299.99; £2.35 on orders of £300 - £499.99; and free delivery on orders of £500 or more.
Buy Back Plus
**Buy Back Plus Terms & Conditions - 1. Buy Back Plus is only available for purchase on foreign currency bank notes or travellers’ cheques from BACB's Travel Money bureaux. Buy Back Plus is not available with the purchase of BACB Cash Passport™ prepaid MasterCard® currency card, our home delivery service or telephone orders. 2. A £3.99 fee for Buy Back Plus will be applied to each item and each foreign currency in your order. Example: if you buy Euros as cash and Euros as travellers’ cheques, you will be charged a fee of £3.99 on each item, making the total due £7.98. If you also buy US Dollars as cash or travellers’ cheques, a third fee of £3.99 would apply making the total due £11.97. Should you decide not to purchase Buy Back Plus for your entire order, your purchase will be divided into separate transactions. 3. We do not buy back foreign currency coins. 4. You must return your unused foreign currency bank notes or travellers’ cheques within 31 days of the original transaction. 5. Any benefit to customers from Buy Back Plus is dependent on the difference between our sell rate at the time the currency is bought and our normal buy back rate at the time the currency is returned. 6. Buy Back Plus is non-transferable. You must bring your original receipt and this completed Buy Back Plus leaflet with you when you return your foreign currency. 7. The maximum value that can be returned cannot exceed the original amount purchased, (the maximum transaction value on Buy Back Plus is £5,000 instore, £2,500 online). 8. If your transaction is eligible for Nectar points, these points will be awarded on the net value of your order (i.e. the total Sterling value of the original transaction less the total Sterling value of the Buy Back Plus transaction). All points will be processed after the 31 day Buy Back Plus time limit has expired. 9. Buy Back Plus is provided by Travelex Agency Services Limited. Registered Office: 65 Kingsway, London WC2B 6TD. Nectar points
Customers can collect Nectar points on all instore and online purchases of foreign currency, including orders for BACB Cash Passport™ prepaid MasterCard® currency card and travellers' cheques. Excludes phone orders. The number of Nectar points collected is based on the value of the currency transaction: 5 points are collected for transactions between £0 and £249.99; 10 points for transactions between £250 and £499.99; 20 points for transactions between £500 and £799.99 and 50 points for transactions of £800 or more. To qualify for Nectar points a Nectar card must be presented at the point of purchase instore. For online orders, a Nectar card number must be entered at the time of purchase. Points may take up to 60 days from time of purchase to appear on your account.
The Nectar loyalty programme is operated independently of BACB by Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd; and the collection and use of points is governed by the Nectar Collector Rules, set out in the registration pack.
