How to make a claim

If you are unfortunate enough to suffer loss or damage to your property and / or its contents, you should report the incident to us as soon as reasonably possible. To report a claim, please contact us.

When reporting a claim please ensure that you have the following information to hand:

• Your insurance policy number
• The date and time that the accident happened
• What happened
• What the damage was to your buildings / contents
• A police incident number or reference if you were given one
